Shipments & Delivery
Orders are normally processed and shipped within one (1) business day (this excludes U.S. Postal Holidays and Weekends), primarily via USPS Mail Services. Orders placed before 10:00 A.M. PDT may be able to ship the same day. Some orders, especially Custom Orders and larger quantity orders, may require additional handling time.
Shipping services at checkout have an estimated transit/delivery window. This transit/delivery window does not include any order handling time. These are not guaranteed delivery windows, as various factors beyond our control can cause shipment delays.
Golden State Silver ships merchandise within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.
All domestic shipments include tracking. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout, which will include the tracking number for the package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to show up in the carrier’s system.
Golden State Silver ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, and most other international locations. Golden State Silver is not able to ship to the following locations: Afghanistan, Angola, Bolivia, Congo (Democratic Republic of), Congo (Republic of), Côte d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Iraq, Liberia, Nigeria, Paraguay, Russian Federation, Sierra Leone, Somalia, and Venezuela. Depending on any current or prolonged international issues, other countries may be part of this exclusion list. Please note: additionally, if your country is not able to be selected at checkout, then we are not able to ship to that country at that time. If you think there may be an error, please contact us with your country name, and we will check if there are still any current restrictions.
All international shipping prices are generally flat rate, based on destination and/or item purchased. Our international shipping prices, however, do not cover any import duties, fees, or taxes. The destination country may impose such fees, and these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Merchandise purchased from this Website may be returned up to 30 days from date of purchase. Returned merchandise must be in the condition in which it was originally sold. Buyers wishing to make a return must first submit a request, to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, in order to initiate the return process. Any refunds will be given after returned merchandise is received, and inspected, by Golden State Silver. Refunds may take up to two (2) weeks to issue. Golden State Silver reserves the right to refuse any refund based on any evidence of use, or misuse, of returned merchandise.
Exceptions: There are no returns on any used product, or Custom Orders, unless otherwise approved by Golden State Silver.
