Shipments & Delivery

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 business day (this excludes U.S. Postal Holidays and Weekends), primarily via USPS Mail Services. Shipping services at checkout have an estimated transit/delivery time by the carrier (this does not include our order handling time). Most orders placed before 10:00 A.M. PDT will be shipped same-day. Some orders, especially Custom Orders and larger quantity orders, may require additional handling time.

Domestic Shipping

Golden State Silver ships merchandise within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.
All domestic shipments include tracking. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout, which will include the tracking number for the package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to show up in the carrier’s system.

International Shipping

Golden State Silver ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, and most other international locations. Golden State Silver is not able to ship to the following locations: Afghanistan, Angola, Bolivia, Congo (Democratic Republic of), Congo (Republic of), Côte d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Iraq, Liberia, Nigeria, Paraguay, Russian Federation, Sierra Leone, Somalia, and Venezuela. Depending on any current or prolonged international issues, other countires may be part of this exclusion list. Please note: additionally, if your country is not able to be selected at checkout, then we are not able to ship to that country at that time.
All international shipping prices are calculated based on destination.  Our international shipping rates, however, do not cover any import duties, fees, or taxes.The destination counrty may impose such fees, and these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Return Policy

Merchandise purchased from this Website may be returned up to 30 days from date of purchase. Returned merchandise must be in the condition in which it was originally sold. Buyers wishing to make a return must first submit a request, to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, in order to initiate the return process. Any refunds will be given after returned merchandise is received, and inspected, by Golden State Silver. Refunds may take up to two (2) weeks to issue. Golden State Silver reserves the right to refuse any refund based on any evidence of use, or misuse, of returned merchandise.
Exceptions: There are no returns on any used product, or Custom Orders, unless otherwise approved by Golden State Silver.
